Here’s a tip: did you know you can substitute cacao powder for cocoa powder? (Yes, you read that right, not a typo. 😉 ) Cacao powder comes from cacao beans, which come from the cacao tree. They are full of antioxidants and taste exactly like regular cocoa to me. A superior choice and a bag lasts me just about forever. Here’s the cacao I use and love:
