Makes 2 sandwiches.
Spread the coconut butter onto one side of each slice of bread. Slice banana into 1/4″ slices and cover one slice of bread with them. Slap another piece of coconut-buttered bread on top, slice, and serve.
You could also mash the banana and mix together with the coconut butter.
You could use graham crackers to make this “sandwich”, and you can use all different kinds of fruit slices, not only bananas.
