Blueberry Mango Sorbet Recipe

  • Author: Danielle @ It's a Love/Love Thing
  • Total Time: 5 minutes

Description

A quick, cool treat you can whip up in a few minutes!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango (We buy ours in big bags from the warehouse club)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon wheatgrass (This is optional, but I love adding it for extra nutrition and energy.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia powder or 15-20 drops liquid stevia concentrate (or substitute 3 tablespoons sweetener of your choice)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend thoroughly, using the tamper to push the frozen fruit down.

Notes

If using a high-powered blender, don’t blend longer than 1 minute or you will start to melt the frozen fruit!

You can substitute any fruit for this sorbet recipe, as long as there’s about two cups’ worth.
