Here’s a quick recipe for a sweet smoothie I came up with a few months back. I thought it tasted exactly like those little sweet/tart candies I used to love when I was little, so I thought I’d debut the recipe on Valentine’s Day. Hope you enjoy.
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 2 bananas
- 1 can coconut milk
- Hey – that’s it!
You can also add any of these healthy extras:
- up to 1 tablespoon grass-fed gelatin for a healthy complete protein boost
- up to 1 tablespoon food grade diatomaceous earth for a gentle detox
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil for healthy fat
- up to 10 drops trace minerals to supply minerals most people are low in
