Dan grills lots of things but 2 favorites:
For salmon or other fish with skin, dry it with paper towels, then place skin side down on foil. Season as desired and grill. The skin will stick to the foil!! That’s great for those like me that do not like the skin.
Secondly, grilled bananas! Cut slit down ripe banana. Gently , partially open, sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Wrap in foil and grill about 10 minutes for a fabulous dessert.
Whaaat?! Grilled bananas?! That sounds absolutely amazing. I love bananas with honey and cinnamon, so I imagine the caramelized banana with the cinnamon would be out of this world! Also, that’s great to know about grilling fish with skin! Thanks for sharing your tips Linda!! <3 <3 <3
