When I was a little girl growing up in west Texas, my father and my grandfather really spoiled me when it came to addicting, mouth-watering HOT salsa. Now that we’re in Arizona, we’re still deep in salsa-loving culture – and have been known to rate restaurants solely by their salsa. Good salsa is a must, and it’s sometimes hard to find.
